The St. Paul Winter Carnival invites all ice anglers to fish anywhere in the state of Minnesota during the entire month of January.

Multi-species. Kids fish free with an adult entry! We will use the FishDonkey app to manage our virtual leaderboards.

WEEKLY winners for KIDS (a Tuned Up Custom Rod). Adults have an entire month to post their fish or make their best stringer.
